    THREE (3) ECOWAS COUNTRIES TO CLASH OVER 28 YEARS OLD ROSE GARPEH DEATH

    A Malians national has allegedly killed his Liberia girlfriend in Jerky, Republic of Guinea. Securities apparatus in Jerky city have detained a Malians national only identified as Shelf for allegedly killing his girlfriend who was said to be a Liberian by nationality.

    Speaking in an interview sharion Dolo, sister of the deceased narrated that the late Rose Garpeh age 28, was a citizen of Liberia, and a resident of Ganta City, Nimba County.

    She also disclosed that the late Rose Garpeh was a 12th grade student of the Young Man Christian Association YMCA high school.

    The deceased was one of the candidates in the just ended national senior high examination in the Country.

    According to Sharon, Rose was a fiancée to the suspect who is an Islam by religion and a Malians national.

    “my sister and shelf has been living together in Ganta with their two children’s, in recent times Shelf left for Guinea without disclosing the intent of his travel the family.” Miss Dolo added.

     “On Sunday June 30, Shelf place a call to Rose indicating that his mother is not well and Rose needed to go take care of his sick mother in Jerky Guinea. On Wednesday July 3, I also received called from the Guinean authorities including Jerky City Mayor telling me Rose has been killed by her boyfriend Shelf and is on the run” she lamented.

    Following a thourough search by security apparatus, the suspected was arrested and is currently is the Guinean police custody awaiting investigation.

    Meanwhile, body of the late Rose Garpeh has been turned over to the family for the arrangement of burial.

    An inside source has disclosed to AFRIK MEDIA that family members of the deceased are pending a demonstration against the Islam community in Ganta .
